With the summer wedding season upon us let’s take a look at some of the latest scrapbooking wedding supplies.
A summer wedding is most young girl’s dream. It was certainly mine … a fairytale dress with a long train in which to float up the aisle; flowers in my hand and my hair; on the arm of a handsome father, with a handsome young man waiting at the front of the church for me. Then photographs taken in a beautiful setting, always to be treasured, followed by a wonderful meal with all my family and friends.
It didn’t all work out as I wished.

Are your Photographs Too Small for a Layout?

What do you do if your photographs are too small for a layout? Here’s one idea.
‘guys! going to the Prom’ by Isabella.
These photographs are from an early digital camera Isabella had. As they are very small, it seemed they would languish on the hard drive forever.
But we came up with this idea for a prom scrapbook page using several of the photos on one layout. We even managed to crop a couple of sections and they still work.

Great Birthday Party Tips

At your wits end and needing some great birthday party tips?
Scrapping your children’s birthday parties can’t happen without the party! (That’s ’scrapping’ as in making a scrapbook page, not ‘ditching’ the party altogether, lol.)
Seriously though, what goes through your head when you hear the words ‘birthday party’?
Love ‘em or dread ‘em, they’re a fact of life with children in the family, especially younger ones. We have some great tips to get you through it without hitting the tranquilizers! And maybe even enjoying it in the process.
First off is a video then some tips from other moms, and after the party comes the scrapbooking so we have a couple of birthday layout ideas, too.
